Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Starting a return

Email support@montrisse.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order.
